Assistant Program Manager & Clinical QI/Equitable Care Manager

Danielle Kendrick, CPHQ, is the Assistant Program Manager and Clinical QI and Equitable Care Manager for MROQC. She works closely with Clinical Data Abstractors across the consortium to support accurate data collection, data integrity, and site-level engagement. Danielle also contributes to program deliverables, collaborative improvement efforts, and data-driven projects that advance MROQC’s quality goals.

Danielle co-leads MEQUAL, MROQC’s health equity committee, where she supports efforts to better understand and address disparities in cancer care. Her work includes supporting the collection of patient-reported outcomes, exploring ways to improve the patient experience, and contributing to projects that aim to make care more inclusive and responsive.

Prior to joining MROQC, Danielle worked in healthcare quality, leading projects focused on the collection of patient-reported outcomes, implementation of tools to track physician quality measures, and the use of Press Ganey data to inform patient experience strategies. She also abstracted clinical data—including readmission, pain, and quality-of-life metrics—for payer contracts.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Cellular & Molecular Biology from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
