Assistant Program & Clinical Quality Manager
Danielle Kendrick, CPHQ, is the Assistant Program & Clinical Quality Manager for MROQC. She works closely with Clinical Data Abstractors across the consortium to support accurate data collection, maintain data integrity, and strengthen site-level engagement. Danielle also contributes to program deliverables, collaborative improvement efforts, and data-driven initiatives that advance MROQC’s quality goals.
Danielle co-leads MEQUAL, MROQC’s quality improvement committee focused on strengthening cancer care delivery for all patients. Her work includes supporting the collection of patient-reported outcomes, identifying opportunities to enhance the patient experience, and contributing to projects that make care more responsive to individual needs.
Prior to joining MROQC, Danielle worked in healthcare quality, leading projects focused on collecting patient-reported outcomes, implementing tools to track physician quality measures, and using Press Ganey data to inform patient experience strategies. She also abstracted clinical data—including readmission, pain, and quality-of-life metrics—for payer contracts.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Cellular & Molecular Biology from Eastern Michigan University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
