
Vinoothna Bavireddy, MHI, PharmD
Health Informatics Senior Analyst
Vinoothna Bavireddy is a Health Informatics Senior Analyst for MROQC. In her role, she leads the design, modeling, and development of data structures and data mapping processes to support MROQC’s reporting and analytics needs. She is actively involved in building near real-time dashboards that drive data-informed quality improvement across participating sites.
Vinoothna completed her Master’s in Health Informatics at the University of Michigan’s Schools of Information and Public Health in 2020. She also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and joined MROQC in 2023 after working at a healthcare consulting firm. Prior to joining MROQC, her projects focused on strategizing and developing healthcare financial dashboards for provider groups and equity firms, as well as evaluating member and claims data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve outcomes, and enhance overall quality of care.
She also served as a data analyst for Interprofessional Education at Michigan Medicine, where she collected and analyzed patient experience data across various interprofessional training programs offered at the university. This work aimed to enhance students’ understanding of diverse health professions and ultimately improve patient-centered care.
Her interests include pharmacy informatics, business intelligence solutions, and leveraging emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence to improve quality of care in radiation oncology.
